well...there were already geodetical measurments done to find out if it is optical illusion, not saying it isnt ..just there were already some test to rule out this possibility.

There were even controling if it is not only an illusio...

Soo my tip is ...it could give a sign that wheel even open to see is really hard to spot a prime mover without a rotation. Or that prime mover is "the MOtion" and not that much of new construction. So by the lock he coud be more safe that nobody will steal his secret. Just my 2 cents Martin
