@Nicbordeaux. Is not 2010 the year you were going to demonstrate your perpetual seesaw with bike wheel attached [summer solstice as I recall] That in itself would for me make it the best year ever! @ Raj . Yes we are all Nutters. But think of this . There are only 2 possible futures, 1 PM is discove...

@ Silverfox. I did a bit of hang gliding back in the 1970 s. Now all I fly is home designed model aircraft . Untill very recently , there was a very thick book in our local library , which was a mathematical proof of the "impossibility" of man powered flight. Gossamer Condor must have been...

re: A Working Concept Posted on Overunity.com
Good evening to all those who are staying in tonight .I have watched this vid about 20 times. There are a few things that look a bit suspicious, although they are not conclusive. 1 The pendulum suspension appears to be just a hole in the pendulum shaft with a bolt through it. No ball bearing . Bike h...

Hope springs Eternal in the human breast. I doubt if anyone hopes more than I do that this is the real deal. The guy has gone to some trouble to build this. A lot of the fittings have been made adjustable for optimization. This in itself means very little . Back in 1965 , I saw a set of divining rod...

It would need something with a rotary flavour. Proud Mary from Credence Clearwater Revival , "Big Wheel Keep on Turning....." or The windmills of your mind... From Neptune , already acknowledged as a Philistine...

If you look at the animation , you will see that the tracks on which the weights shift remain horizontal as the seesaw rocks. This is the Desaguliers Parallel beam {Roberval Balance] revisited. Wont work .

JC displayed more wisdom than I , by not expressing an opinion. On reflection , it is not just different Muslim sects who fight each other. Look at Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland . This forum is not perhaps the best place to discuss religion. Yes , I know I started it , or at least co...

re: Mechanical Art
It is my personal opinion that there can never be peace on earth until we outgrow the "Powerful Friend in the sky syndrome." This week in the UK we had the trial of a man who murdered his 15 year old daughter. her "crime" was that she had formed a relationship with a young man wh...

re: The Universal Gravity Wheel I promised you all, is IN H
There is , to some extent a hierarchy on this forum . There are people far better educated than I am. And probably a few who are less so . I have respect for both types. I believe that in the final analysis there can only be one kind of expert in this field. The expert is the person who has a workin...
