re: Decoupling Per-Cycle Momemtum Yields From RPM

I am aware MrV mechanical application is different, there are many, but the concept is what will lead to a workable o or unworkable device.
The no return point is when you find the concept and stick to it because you know you are there. The rest is up to your imagiation.

re: Decoupling Per-Cycle Momemtum Yields From RPM

And this is what OB torque does; it gains momentum because of the relative time-spent in the 'gravitating' condition when descending in the angular plane, versus when rising in the radial plane. You got it MrV, the bang noise were the weights sliding down outward, gaining speed / angular momentum (...

re: Buzzsaw Topic

There are several posibilities with this wheel, I will keep your descripion in mind, I find it interesting Andy. Thanks for the photos Justsomeone, I already downloaded them for reviewing all the little details with calm. Some questions, I see in the pic that the weights are very corroded and there ...

re: Buzzsaw Topic

Agor, IMO that mechanism in the video is an obligatory part of the wheel or wheels (Bessler, Buzzsaw and Asa Jackson), it is the equivalent of a rectifier bridge used in the conversion of AC to DC but this one is mechanical. Attached is the PDF file where Preston Stroud documented about the BSW. Fro...

re: M. Turbine III

Ralph, when I saw the picture, I could not resist to share some light, years ago I studied the case, and I also made my own buzz saw wheel, my non working bz wheel, today is clearer, but, perhaps it is better to wait just a little more for my wheel to be finished, a comparison then would be necessary...

re: M. Turbine III

It could work Justsomeone, there is room for a short swing, and inner and outer parts were fixed, my guess is that inner slots were more than outer for testing purposes in different positions, it worked very different as we did believe. It allows no more than 4 weights.

re: Inertial propulsion...

Hi Alex, great videos, the machine of Felix Wurh has an extraordinary inertial property, several people have built it but have not seen its potential evolution yet. Here I leave another replication: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUQihKt3Ta4 Pay attention of his words in the description: ".......

re: Weights in Motion...self Perpetuating?

According to the inventor it is a force multiplier. Here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fslf98aw7E is a replication and some details.
Years ago there was a topic here in BWF about Sixto and his device.

re: Weights in Motion...self Perpetuating?

Based in the sequence of fig 3, this remind me the device of Sixto Ramos, much more excentical distance in comparison with his device and double connector arm.
Is it related?

re: A Cure for an Insipid little Habit?

This gain in GPE, I suspect Fletcher, is the reason for the self starting condition of the first two wheels, better if after the stop counter rotate the wheel a little for a better initial push. One component of the transmission was freewheels on the arms (like the two opposed in the Asa Jackson Whe...

re: A Cure for an Insipid little Habit?

Hi Fletcher, yes, the extravagant swirl signature indeed depicts the two opposed weights traveling freely around the wheel without the limiters. About the negation of something hanging from the axle, I always had in mind (I do not know why, may be I´m wrong) the acusation of Wagner and the ssuppose...

re: A Cure for an Insipid little Habit?

Ok, seems like, it is impossible to imagine a running wheel without gravity. Lets imagine a pendulum, on of the most efficient way of accelerate a weight by gravity, it is suspended by hand at 1:00 o'clock or near 12:00 on the right side, now let it go, it will accelerate cw until reach 6:00, past t...

re: A Cure for an Insipid little Habit?

Gill, before anything, your interpetation about the toys makes sense to me and sounds like you already have it or almost have it,.... do you have it?. I agee, gravity is not necessary in any way for the motion. I can say I found it, I do not know if is exactly what Bessler did o just a variant of it...

re: Where now then?

Gill, If that were the case, I suppose all aboard the gravity wagon would walk thru something similar to the stages of loss and grief:
1- Denial, and perhaps isolation, 2- Anger, 3- Depression (kind of mourning), 4- Bargaining, 5- Acceptance and peace.
I already walked that road time ago.

It is obvious to me that there is a speed gain o a distance gain, now, is there also a faster upward path for complement the brachistochrone downward path?.
Perhaps at the end this gain can be exchanged for height gain.
