The wheel had to have had to push against something.

I'm figuring it may have been something like the ratchet wheel in #51. Sure, the axle turns, but it's the only part of the wheel that won't alter rotation when pushed straight on.

That is Wagner's Roaster. It's in an original Johann Bessler book.
