..... how America (the great champion of freedom and exporter of democracy) as a nation has just woken up to- in realising that it has funded and backed a brutal Egyptian dictatorship for the last 30 years. Yep, it's official - America loves oppressors, but keep it on the down low (because it's rather embarassing)!
How was it again that Bush justified invading Iraq after there was no WMD found?.... I can't remember.

... shameful hypocrisy!

The American polititians give those dictators billions, they then have to to buy from America military contractors. It's corporate welfare, and as usual the taxpayer is flipping the bill.

I though that the people of Egypt showed a lot of class, I wish them well with there new democracy.
I hope this wave goes right across the middle east.

Tolerance to Hosni Mubarak is a tail remaining flux of one of the worst things that happened to our modern world in XX century: COMMUNISM!!!
Even the famous tolerance sent to Hitler was caused by the FEAR that normal people ever had about stupid communism!
So, Mubarak affairs started because he was a better option to the menace of COMMUNISM!!!
