Offset action-reaction

In this scenario, the action and reaction force taken place at different locations. We can exploit this to gain motion (?).

The ball depart from point A and absorb at point B. Since point A is closer to the center, different torque is created and motion is gained(?)

I think I finally found the working principle of Bessler’s. He used gravity to negates the reaction force. A force obtains from its own swinging.

Here is the set up. Sled carry a mass and spring. When spring released, it pushed the mass upward into a circle. A force is obtained moving the sled left. Please help share an animation. Thanks.
