A nice try, but not working.

Classical Lever mechanism.
It contains not the function fast up and slow down.

It does exactly the opposite, fast down and slow up.

I did something similar of a self lifting weight design and it worked better with only one. When you add more it gets worse. But still a non runner. A nice variation though.

Sure is a neat arrangement.... what would happen if you did the movement across the width and than around the circle ?
