“Fishing” inertial propulsion…

Hi agor95 !
I am talking ( and imaging…) a “common “ 2D(not3D…)/double pendulum , as you can see at :

It can be controlled by hand (the so old Shadoof…) or soft ( Swinging sticks ) , but playing the same lever-pendulum.
The next double-pendulum (crank - coulisse ) proposal , we can see at :

…..is intended to be tested in relation with gravity ( possible “self”running ! ? ) and rotational
inertia ( possible new propulsion ? ! ).

…..is like a manner to understand the motion of a fish in water and simultaneously in inertia (internal and external reaction )….but the fish know it , and takes all the advantages of swimming .
If we intend to move to and fro , with the help of two rotors /eccenters ,we have it… a variable linear force can be produced by centrifugal force when properly controlled ,as :

The next and only step is a kind of ac/dc evolvement…as a possible unseen inertial “sail push” ? !

By the way : we can play the variable arm/“differential/end to end “ pendulum as a rotating - sliding fulcrum lever , or the primary mobile “stick”/lever.
With this particular lever , we can play not 1g (gravity) only…think about possible many “g” centrifuges with the inertial property of the space.
