A design principle I am working on...

It is true for an object normally that any action has an
equal and instant opposite reaction, right?
Not so in all cases.
At any 1 instant, a weight in a spinning wheel has an
'action' with it's surroundings, a force. The 'reaction'
or balancing force takes place 180 degrees later, where
the 2 forces normally cancel out.
The sum total of all 'reactions' for 360 degrees is 0?
But the 180 degree time delay can be put to use... :*)
I have thought out and drawn a machine using this
simple idea that may do two 'impossible' things at once:
1:generate a vectored, adjustable power push to itself
without having to push on anything,
even to lift itself off the ground, as crazy as it sounds.
2:self-rotate (be PM) while doing it!!

As with most ideas it is easy to think about and imagine,
but a lot or little details have cropped up (don't they always)
that has complicated construction-the forces involved are huge
to even get 100 pounds of thrust. But it should work!
(but I am admittedly unsure about the PM part-oddly, my first
idea for it was just for the PM, I now realize I have more of
an inertial engine instead here.)

Because of design, it should rotate easily,
at any power or size.

It would be cool to think you could wear this as a back-pack and lift off the ground-if it works it should be possible!!

A 2x3 foot area, 5 inches across should be able to make
many hundreds of watts(generator) or pounds(of lift).

You should be able to easily use a bicycle frame and a few
of these devices to 'lift' yourself off the ground using
pedal power!

3(or 6?!) of these facing X, Y, Z should give full control...
outer space vehicle?

IF it works, I will post a movie for all to see, I promise.
