Does anyone have or can anyone please translate the writing in the lower right hand area of the last page (toy page) of Bessler's Maschinen Tractate. It begins with what looks like the number 5. I have noticed there is a rounded object at the top of the page just right of the dark rectangle. I think the rectangle was where the page number was supposed to be, but what is the round object? Has anyone considered this last page as a kind of blue print for a clockwise turning mechanism? At the right (perhaps on the right side of the wheel) is the jacobs ladder showing a slow falling, at the left is the scissors device showing a rapid lifting, at the bottom is a top that flips so that the large mass is on top of the support, at a point near the middle (perhaps just above the axle) is a hammer falling on an anvil that appears to create a sideways push to a parallel beam, at a point below this (perhaps below the axle) is a similar apparatus, but with a different handle that seems to indicate a pull instead of a push, and at the top of the page is the rounded object.

Jeff
