It would save a lot of time, and avoid re-trying the same ideas.

I will start: my first idea was to have a ball fall in the rim
of a wheel, fly up the other side (with centrifical force)
and then be kicked out of the wheel to an extenal trough of
extra balls,which are then fed back in to the center for more
lift advantage. I thought the ball/weight 'disappearing'
to the wheel would help...the wheel was very sluggish...
