Since you are laser-cutting all your parts, and obviously planning to balance this as accurately as possible, don't forget to weigh your individual parts to maintain balance accuracy.
The laser-cutter can do great accurate manufacturing repetitions, but in never hurts to check weights of each part as there may be discrepancies in the material itself that could disrupt
trueness of your wheel's operation.
