Some of us have theorized that a Bessler type wheel of either configuration can produce energy outside of any source of energy, even without a gravity source so long as the wheel(s) is in a centrifuge and part of the power is used to drive the centrifuge. It seems to me that the only constant is gravity or the effects of.
