Well, as I said, depends on your deffinition.:-) If somebody found a way to splity h20 with less energy than you get from burning the hydrogen and/or ogygen, we'd consider that free energy. Well, this is pretty much the same type of thing.:-)

Not that it really matters what you call it-whatever label, it works!:-)

: NO. It doesn't account for the creation of the waste matter in the first place. It is not free.
