: But I feel nobody want to share his own Idea, only sharing :already known fact or idea.
: I think is's because they cannot sure his own design is right.
: Another reason is, they cannot sure their idea could be :protected by law.
: In my case I already apply my idea to the patent.
: In my short understanding, I hope I can be protected by the international patent law.
: Please let me know my understanding is right or not.

Hi SK. I have been reading this forum with much amusement. To be honest, I don't believe that perpetual motion or free energy of any sort is possible with the laws of physics as we currently understand them. I believe most patent examiners in any country of the world, including yours, will take a similer view of the matter. If this is true, then you will not be able to get a patent unless you have a working model to prove that you are not a fraud.

Even if you DO have a working model, I believe the fact that Bessler supposedly had a working model of the same type of machine several hundred years ago will prevent you from claiming to be the inventor. Thus, no matter what you do, I don't think anyone will give you a patent.

Even if someone DOES give you a patent, you should keep in mind that literally HUNDREDS of people have recieved patents for various types of "over-unity" devices. NONE of them have ever made any money selling such devices, except for a few obvious frauds.

I'd like to believe that some maverick backyard inventor could invent something that would prove that all of the world's best scientists are wrong, and solve the world's energy problems all at the same time, but I am not optimistic.

If I truely believed that free energy devices were really possible, I would have to say that Bessler's device has been reinvented hundreds of times throughout history. Why then, after hundreds of years, don't we see Bessler wheels all over the place? I see only two possibilities. 1) This is all a mass delusion created by wishfull thinking, or 2) Some secret group is actively suppressing Bessler technology.
