I was as specific as I could be. I won't know the actual RPM until I finish the sim.

I mentioned that the sim has .5 m radius, right? That would make it 3.2808 ft in diameter.

I am using the frely downloadable demo version of MSC Working Model 2D. It doesn't allow you to save files so you have to build the whole thing in one sitting, so it's a challenge, but I don't want to break any laws to get this done so... I'm giving it my best shot.
