I agree. The solution does *not* break any of the fundamental laws of mechanics (it really doesn't.) You can use standard formulas and you can show very easily how it's possible without doing a single sneaky calculation. The *only* thing that gets "broken" is the whole "creating energy from nothing" idea. If gravity is turning the wheel... and you're probably not using up or converting the gravity... then where is the energy coming from? This is really the only thing that will need to be re-examined.
