I would suggest, to whomever finds something that works, that you follow Bessler's lead, and offer it for sale, with the same "money back guarantee". If after buying it they want to patent it, then that would be THEIR headache. Just make sure that you will still get the credit for discovering it, and load up on your liability insurance.
Or you can be totally altruistic and give it to the world, in which case you should still max out on liabilty insurance...
