You cannot be sued for giving away information. Anyone who uses such information is responsible for any harm they cause. As for someone suing because you "stole" their idea, I will remind you that the original idea comes from Bessler. Since he is safely dead, there is no danger of him suing. Anyone else who claims such a thing will not be able to prove that you stole an idea from them since there is no public record of such an idea other than Bessler's.

: The (main) point I am making here is: No matter which way you do it, somebody somewhere will sue you. Even if you give it away for free, somebody will build one without using proper safety precautions, their kid will lose an arm or a head, and you will be in court because YOU 'invented a dangerous machine', regardless of WHO is at fault.

: "You have more to fear from lawyers than you ever will from MiB." (I put that in quotes to emphasize it.)

: I would suggest forming a corporation as added protection to limit your liability. And I didn't even bring up the numbers of people who will sue, saying you stole 'their' idea. (Well, I just did, so there!)
: Quit being so paranoid. You can worry about those things when you DO find it...
