But isn't any machine dangerous? Hell, TV's (electrocution)
band saws/radial saws- they cam maim easy...
You know, now that I think of it, this may be #1 of many reasons
for whomever to 'hide' working designs...just too dangerous
for normal people to use, and too powerful (any design could
be just scaled up for more power) for 'bad' people to use.

It also seems to me the design of the wheel is secondary to
CONTROL of the wheel, stopping it, changing speed/torque...
that and safty systems-I'm sure we have all dreamed of a
wheel going out of control...
