To make this short. A patent is made to set priority. I seriously doubt there are those scowering patents, trying to prevent them from being published. I have seen far too many "free energy" patents to know this is not true, but these patents also will not work, I'll say that much. Actually when you submit a patent, no one sees it for over two years-except the patent office. It is sealed until the proper research is done to make sure nothing is being duplicated. You can have this process speeded up with a fee. IF... you were to publish details of something you've invented before getting a patent, there is absolutly no gaurentee it wont be claimed and built by someone else. Because of the way in which our world is set up I am of the opinion that if anyone (if ever)creates a free energy machine, they are entitled to the fruits of their labour. You don't try hard to get a good job through hard work only to say "okay you want what I've worked for...here you go...take it, it's yours". I am not saying imaginary free energy machine should'nt be used to help and enrich the world, only one should be rewarded for it, like anything else. Think carefully. There are also several detriments to publicly posting your "working" design. Think of all of the free energy con-men (Dennis Lee etc.) who have bilked millions from people by promising them something for several years, who you will now be vindicating. They just have to say...see...we told you it was so...we aren't bad men. Now we are going to build this idea and give it to you.

Later,

D.
