Hi Lurker,

I've spent many years reviewing and experimenting with most of the devices you mention below. About 10 years ago I was an associate of Robert Adams company and worked closely with him on several of his motor/generators (and my own).

Why am I not powering my house with an Adams generator, or a Bedini generator or one of the other devices out there in the 'free-energy' marketplace? Hmmm...why indeed.

There is no 'free-energy' coverup. IMO, claims of coverup or suppression are just conjuring tricks designed to hide and mislead the ugly truth. And how well this has worked so far!

The real problem doesn't lay with dark forces of suppression or an unwillingness to believe. IMO, the truth of the matter is much more simple than that, although perhaps a little less melodramatic and entertaining (and profitable).

The real problem is that these devices don't operate as their creator would have us believe. Why do you think they have not been independantly replicated and confirmed?

I proved beyond all doubt (to myself, Adams and others), using several methods, that the Adams device did not produce excess energy as he claimed it did. I sure wanted it to work, but the damn thing just wouldn't do as it was told.

Adams made a systematic ongoing error in the method he used to measure input power to his device. How was it that he made this same error for over 20 years? - IMO, he was secretive and arrogant and made one too many assumptions. Benny Hill said it best: "When you assume, you make an 'ass' out of 'u' and 'me'. What a clever man he was :)

I took Robert through his error step by step and I was hated for my efforts, as you'd expect. Do you notice he now uses a different method to "prove" excess energy from his system - one that is even more complicated and difficult to disprove. What does that tell you? Old habits die hard.

My advice is to be very careful to not be sucked into believing something is so just because the sales pitch is well crafted. I recommend that you clear your mind, do your research, build the device and discover and demonstrate for yourself what all the fuss is about.

Perhaps the greatest irony of all is that one day, out of all this garbage hype, will come a real solution that can be demonstrated and replicated. That day has obviously not yet arrived. Yet.

Regards, ovyyus

: : To make this short. A patent is made to set priority. I seriously doubt there are those scowering patents, trying to prevent them from being published.

: Most all of the possible ways of making perpetual motion machines and free energy devices have ALREADY been patented and published. All people are doing now is re-inventing the wheel for the hundredth time. No one is preventing these devices from being "published", but SOMETHING is preventing them from becoming widely known and used. For example, Bedini generators, homopolar generators, Adams motors, permanant magnet motors, etc. There are even several companies that are attmpting to SELL these devices. If they really work as advertised, though, it is strange that they have not been able to gain a significant foothold in the market. This MAY be because they do not work, but there are other possible reasons as well.

: The Lutec 1000 is one such device. The Perendev magnetic motor is another. One possibility is that Bessler's Wheel was a type of permanant magnet motor, assunming that it was not a fraud, of course.

: Here is the link to the Lutec 1000 web site.

: Here is a link to the Perendev magnetic motor: http://www.perendev.co.za/products/magnetic_motor/

: John Bedini has a web page about a perpetual motion magnetic motor invented in 1269 A.D.:

: There are even several patents which are entirely mechanical in nature which may be gravity powered devices, though no one can tell for sure untill someone actually BUILDS one of them and tests it. None of these patents CLAIM to be for perpetual motion devices, of course, because patent offices now have a rule requiring it. Pretty sad if you ask me. In the mean time, the world continues to burn fossil fuel, and the oil companie continue to get rich.

: Like I said before, I think we have ALREADY discovered how to make all of the basic types of perpetual motion machines and over-unity devices. All we need to do now is get people to stop trying to claim credit for things that have already been invented, and get them to WORK TOGETHER to make the inventions available for use in solving the world's problems.
