Davis,

I would be happy to constuct and do experiments as you have described, just have to gather a few materials and will let you know of any progress as it happens, the lifter type anode/cathode you desribe is very close to the lifter I allready have. If any body has time they should give these lifters a go, even if just for curiosity!! they are fascinating to watch, especially in the dark!!

Smithy.

: Here is what is required for this experiment (Thanks Brett, 25,000KV should be fine!) Firstly construct an asymetric capacitor frame like this:

: cathode

: ------------------

: --------|---------

: I \|/arrow = flow of ZPF

: I

: 15cm I DD balance CC

: seperation I DD-------------O--------------CC between I DD CC

: terminals- I Di-electric Counterweight

: I

: anode ++++++++++++++++++

: ////////////////////////////////////////////

: Insulating surface

: For the best effects, I suggest using a small anode (loop of copper wire) and a large cathode (aluminium foil)like on a lifter. Seperate the two terminals by about 15 cms (enough to fit a crude balance between them) for the crude balance just take two di-electric masses of equal weight, (two rubbers or something else that doesn't conduct electricity-try to keep the weight down, about 10 gramms, no more) conect them by a pencil or something and balance them on an edge, it shouldn't be too diffuicult. Place one mass of the balance in between the terminals as shown on the diagram. If the zero point field is being accelerated between terminals then it would cause the balance to tilt towards the anode. (that is if the effect is not due to some ion wind/migration related phenomena) Any way, if it is possible for you to do this, would you post the results on the discussion board (I am sure that Scott would be most interested) Many thanks.
