touche'.........Some ARE better forgotten, but most are of sufficient import to make it worthy to try and improve one's dream recall by what ever methods may be employed....even some of the one's we may deem best forgotten.

It is wise to be ready for them when they come.....can you recall a time whey you awakened in the middle of the night from an interesting dream and reminded yourself to remember it in the morning? Did you? Rarely? I know. A small handheld digital recorder or at least a notepad will serve you in the near future perhaps.
: Not all dreams are worth remembering. Some are better forgotten. That is why we forget most of them.
