This is our old firend Aldo Costa, his idea is quite ingenious, however the poor thing is only 99.9% OU, just misses out. I made a miniature version of this around 12-18 months ago and it comes very close indeed, it has to be close to the best attempt at mechanical PM we've yet seen. His use of springs, levers and shifting mass is very clever. At least he actually made something instead of a computer aided theory.

: : It's sheer size and craftmanship can be inspiring, especially since the inventor is 78 years old(I believe)-even though it doesn't work. Photo's and research done by skeptic Eric Krieg, as a follow through to the inventor making a claim. Eric states it's ironic that he and someone else had to adjust many of the parts. It ran a little, then stopped. He does give credit to it's craftmanship and the inventors age.
