It's contact point. All contact point; the spot of which the
weights pull is felt 'through' the frame of the device,
to the ground...like an electric circuit...YEAH!
Since realizing this I have envisioned a design where this
spot can JUMP from one area to another instantly (no delay)
...a clue,actually having the weight fall is not as important
as what it does on the way down.... :*)
I have also imagined a simple device that may generate the
inertial forces of a weight moving back and forth, without
acually doing that(the weights don't slow down-weird,I know)
...2 of these in a wheel may have interesting
properties indeed...build on...
