I have reason to believe a mercury driven device is already in use.
: : Yes, Centrifugal/centripetal forces can be exploited rather like gravity, however the force vector dynamics in a classically mechanical system require a much more complex arrangement to rectify such forces. This is why a hydrodynamic setup is easier to accomplish. Imagine a mercury driven device!
: Indeed. I'm conviced that centrifugal generaters have a VERY bright future if this knowlege ever falls into the hands of those who are willing to make them available to the public. I have thought of several variations of these devices myself. I haven't build any of them, of course, as I lack the technical skill to do so. I believe even a water driven device would be exceptianally powerfull. The gasoline engine would be obsolete immediately. I can see why powerfull forces would be strongly opposed to the knowlege becoming public.
