Hi Mike,

I've visited the web site you mention but I can't find anything such a you refer to. Where on the site can I find this reference.

You say Barlach, do you mean Borlach? If so I have copies of all of his works translated and am using them in my next book.

I'm not sure what you mean by fly-leaves. Do you mean flyers, pamphlets that kind of thing? Unless you mean the fly-leaf of the pamphlet.

Lastly the German words you use mean, according to my dictionary, "sophisticated knitting". I'm not sure where this fits in but it sounds like Borlach's contemptuous opinion of Bessler. Remember that Borlach worked with Gartner and Wagner to undermine Bessler's credibility.

: Hi John,
: Do you know anything about this?

: SoJohann Georg Barlach writes fly-leaves entitled Sophistische Strickzüge in order to discredit Bessler's wheel.

: That was taken from a web page on PMM's posted by Grim.

: Thanks,

: Mike
