I too, need some info

Are there any techniques you guys can think of that will hasten my construction of conical gears? I prefer if the teeth can be epicycloidial, I have an easy time designing those. It has occurred to me to use two different sized disks and dowels/spokes connecting their perimeters, but it makes the teeth design complex, which means I'll probably screw it up.
