Can you give any detail about the type of wheel your having constructed by a carpenter?

Hi Michael;
I gave him some guidelines of what I needed, which at first were too complicated and he refused to build, so I scaled back a bit. It will be a testing platform with interchangeble section/parts. The only firm requirement I asked for is that it have an inner hub(grindstone archetype) that is able to rotate independently of the main wheel and that the main wheel is min 36" diameter and min 4" wide. I saw several wheels he made (a ferris wheel and a waterwheel) both about three feet high and they are incredibly well balanced and finely crafted.
(He told me that he will use the axle from the front tire of a bicycle as the main axle?)
Anyway, he said it will take over a month and that I cannot rush him or he will not finsh it!!
regards--Patrick
