Hi Stewart, I'm going to give you some relevent information regarding what you wrote below. The alchemists were physicists. As were the WISE in ancient days. They were also socerers. They believed (rightly so in my opinion) that the processes that create and maintain all-once understood by the intellect, could be utilized by the phyche on an awake level. This entails becoming aware of the qualities of the fundamental principles in all things. We are.Period. The angel of death (entropy)is always present, but it is not God-because WE ARE (not god but exist). This analogy is one hidden key-so your right...one of the things the alchemists were after was the eternal perpetual quality. The holy grail. I even have a pic of a illustration from stating by one that that was what they were secretly after. Here's another key to understanding the messages left by the alchemists. Seek the listener to the anvil that recieves many blows.
Do you know what this means?- I bet Bessler did.
Let me know.

Michael

: A thought has occured to me that we (Bessler wheel researchers/builders) are the modern day alchemists. We're trying to do something that seems impossible (or we are taught to believe is impossible), much like trying to turn lead into gold. Maybe Bessler made this same analogy, hence all the alchemy references. Or maybe the alchemist's Great Work might actually have been to build a gravity wheel after all, and this chemistry stuff could be a cover-up! Lets face it, a gravity wheel would be of far more value today than being able to turn lead into gold!

: : Hi Michael

: : Glad you like that link on the "peacock's tail", I've got loads more stuff to share when I can find the time to sort through my favourites. Here is a link that I think you will love - I was amazed when I read it, and I think there's something in it for everybody researching Bessler's clues. I'll post more soon.
