I now understood, how the gravity converter from Mr. Kuenstler works.
Here is the setup:

All wheels turn clockwise , the 2 small wheels and the big wheel !
That is important !
The trick is, that at the right side from about 12 to 3 o´clock the lever with the small wheel has NO contact
with the big outer wheel !
This way, the right lever is always heavier and due to the friction (gear) of the left lever with the outer big wheel,
the big outer wheel is turned clockwise!
Now as the right lever reaches 3 o´clock the lever again touches the outer wheel
and thus the excenterweight is again rotated in the right small wheel, so that the right
lever arm is again heavier than the left arm and the big wheel
keeps on turning clockwise.
So all in all the excenterweights just oscillate (swing back and forth ) only 90 degrees back and forth inside
with the small wheels.
Here is a PDF File with a CAD 3D drawing of the unit.
The problem here is, that the in- and out-coupling (clutching) of the small right wheel
can´t be seen too good here in this PDF file.

It is a pretty genius principle.

P.S. Mr, Kuenstler has emailed me, that his prototype
has already turned a few revolutions on gravity energy,
but the lever with the gear was not yet stable enough,
so it twisted. But that is only a mechanical enigeering problem,
but he said, his principle was proved thus right.

Ich habe es jetzt glaube ich kapiert:
Alle 3 Räder drehen sich im Uhrzeigersinn !
Auch das grosse Rad !
Der Trick ist, dass ab ca. 12 Uhr bis 3 Uhr
auf der rechten Seite das kleine Rad KEINEN Kontakt mit dem
grossen Rad hat und dadurch der rechte Hebelarm
grösser ist !
Das äussere grosse Rad wird dann durch die Reibung
(mit den Sprossen im richtigen Modell) im linken Hebelarm
angetrieben und dreht sich auch nach rechts rum. (Im Uhrzeigersinn)
Die Excentergewichte pendeln also nur 90 Grad hin und her
in Fig. 4 ist auch wieder die rechte Seite des grossen Rades schwerer,
wenn der rechte Hebelarm wieder Kontakt mit dem grossen Rad bekommt !
Wenn der einkuppelt gibt es bestimmt einen grossen Kick,
so dass zusätzliches Drehmoment übertragen wird...
Wie genau die innere Achse, die die 2 Excenter-Gewichte
mit dem äusseren Rad synchronisiert wird, weiss ich zwar auch noch nicht,
aber vielleicht geschieht das ja von alleine, wenn man vorher einmal durch die
Sprossen im Ausgangszustand die Excentergewichte in die Ausgangslage bringt !

Dann wird wahrscheinlich durch das Ein-und Auskuppeln in den Sprossen
die Lage so gehalten, wie es gebraucht wird...
Ist also ziemlich genial das System.
P.S.: Das mit dem Ein- und Auskuppeln hatte ich bis jetzt noch gar nicht erkannt aus den PDF Files !
