Mike, Bessler made at least four wheels and probably three more. Although his actions were described emotively as "smashing" the wheels, in fact he had to disassemble them prior to each change of address for the sake of security of the construction and because they were too cumbersome to move intact. When he died one small wheel was found, but it too, had been disassembled - unfortunately.

: It's stated Bessler destroyed his one wheel, but what about all of the others? He must have held onto the smaller ones, if even for historical sake, a or mementos. Is there any mention of what happened to them or the parts?
