The last few months have been quite interesting regarding "advances in thinking" on the subject of gravity. It seems I have seen a notable increase in articles in the professional journals on the topic. And today I notice that yet another cover story is devoted to the topic....I reference the October cover of Discover magazine. If I didn't know better, (and I truly don't)I might suppose that preparations are underway to accept the previously unacceptable. Being the quasi-optomist that I am, I can see the "event horizon" just ahead, waiting to receive the once stalwort vestiges of fraternal pomposity hurtling toward it.
