On this topic, I could believe an ancient Chinese man may have discovered PM long ago, given that the Chinese where innovative, but had a beaurocracy (prob. spelled wrong) that stiffled (this too :D) everything.

: Just a comment on the various recent posts like the Laithraite? phenomena (unusual centrifugal affects), the article I posted not long ago where Wallaces law didn't apply to the mechanics of a particular device and so on (the list would go on in all areas of human perspective). This is the kind of stuff that is overlooked or dismissed by the human ego as it tries to tell you that this is your "identity", to be rigorously defended or rationalized, when of course it is just an "idea". They come and go as one grows (hopefully). Fortunately some people Are openminded - "New information? Let's have it! I will just rework the tapestry of my belief system and leave room for more info as it comes along!"-. As far as the suppression thing goes, Turf management or protecting ones own interests-Not a new idea!-(by the way that articles' rationale was very weak) what are the odds of only one person figuring out a way to use force in an unconventional manner in the "official" history of mankind? Logically speaking, not very good! you would think. Are there other devices somewhere out there that never made it to the mass production phase? I do not know. But it would not surprise me. Since ideas (beliefs) about "force" as taught in school are now a pretty big Core belief in most peoples minds-unless you shove something in their face that works-they will keep going along with the old program. So "rumors" of devices that work just won't do much to the average person. Just a couple of thoughts on the subject....John
