Hi Patrick

Correct, I.D. is inside diameter.

"Unicycle Man Syndrome" refers to both pendulum weights ending up below the rotating main axle when both are mounted, wanting to balance, like the toy unicycle rider with low-hanging weights on his arms that lower his COG
so he can ride down a string without flipping over off of it. As time allows, a modification has been devised to raise the weights above the central pins and wheel axle, which should make everything roll.
Will update when all gets done.
