Yes, that makes a lot more sense than nonsense musings in a book. All one must do is get a big box, put a (stopped, locked, etc.) complete wheel inside with a note from that prince guy (can't remember name) with some sort of seal and maybe some other security stuff with the date of buried marked and signed by him. Then if there was a confict on the originator of the idea, one need only take many high standing citizens with you (so there proof that the wheel was buried) as you unearth the thing, have them all open the envelope, and your credibility would be fool proof!
