It's very nice design. Even French Academy give patent to it. But I have one suggestion for Mikhail: tell us what does not works. Somebody could think that it is working!
Even 10000 patents are nothing when machine is a Perpetuum Stabile.
Inventor forgot about increasing of pressure with increase of the liquid's depth:)) The "bags" cannot increase its volume because of great external pressure.
It's curious that France give patents for something without verification.
