The point I am making is that the translations may be incorrect. The (as Bessler stated) may not be as Bessler stated. The translators seem to have added their own thoughts and views to the writings. The actual correct translation, if we ever get one, may NOT say the weights acted in pairs. It may Not say the weight applies its force vertically to the wheel. It may Not say the weights gain force from swinging. If the translations are incorrect, then probably any design based on an incorrect statement, will be incorrect.
