Okay I guess I need to explain
1. his sites been around for a while, I think I saw it first on keelynet. I was not in any way slamming you for posting on it, just part of my comment for saying it was nothing new, sorry for the misunderstanding.
2. The physics are nothing new, neither is the concept. He is not magically lifting heavier weight using LESS energy. The energy to move the mass is more, regardless if he is doing it himself or not. In physics it is well known it takes very little energy to move something side to side. In fact it is often stated it requires no energy to move something side to side, but this isn't quite true as the masses inertia has to be overcome. Once in motion however-minus frictional losses-it requires no energy. And all he is doing is moving something side to side.
